Properties of pineapples
Besides its wonder taste and its unquestionable flavour it is one of the healthiest fruits because of its content of bromelina. This substance is a combination of three enzymes: bromelina, extranasa y ananasa. It is good for circulation because dissolves the blood clots and makes blood more fluid. This is a good way of avoid circulatory problems as thrombosis, heart attack, apoplexies, and at the same time reduce the blood pressure or hypertension.
Bromelina has the power of digest proteins that's why is so useful in the digestion process. A good piece of pineapple after meals let us digest food much better, helps stomach in their function and let us feel less full quickly, that avoid unpleasant secondary effects of heavy digestion of food.The composition of this enzyme is destroyed by heat and makes it not usable by the organism.
